YSL Residences is a New Condo development by KingSett-Capital located at Yonge and Gerrard E, Toronto.
YSL Residences is currently being planned for 385 Yonge St at the Yonge and Gerrard intersection of downtown Toronto. This development was to feature two towers connected by a sky-bridge however after a plan resubmission to the city, the new projected plan is now one giant skyscraper. YSL Residences is set to be the tallest residential building in Canada with a pair of heritage façades framing the tower’s base. This ambitious project is a collaboration between KingSett Capital, Cresford Developments and world-renowned design company, Kohn Pedersen Fox.
Renderings depict a sleek glassy exterior that will include a 9-storey podium housing a mix of office, retail, and amenity space. YSL will consist of 957 residential suites with floor plan collections that will cater more to working professionals. Over 70% of the purposed suites will be studio and one-bedroom units. The remaining space will cater to family sized suites with 2 and 3 bedrooms.
