Block 22 at Concord CityPlace is where Spadina Avenue meets Bremner Boulevard. Currently the site is home to Concord Adex’s headquarters and presentation centre, but it is to be replaced with a mixed-use condominium project containing two towers rising to 59 and 69 storeys from a 10-storey podium.
